Hearthstone Inn offers four rustic, artisan-crafted guest units. McBee Cottages offers ten cozy, family lodgings. Not available July, August or September.

When 60% of the rooms at a specific property are booked to persons connected to each other, the party must book the entire property in full, regardless of how many rooms are occupied. Other guests prefer not to stay at a property when there is a large group of which they are not a part.

A 50% deposit of the total charges is required at the time of the booking, and must be made in the name of the primary person and paid by that person only. That person must pay the remaining balance within thirty (30) days of the booking date.

We are a small and popular group of properties, and cannot afford to commit multiple rooms without a high-degree of certainty. Cancellations may be made up to sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date and all deposits received will be refunded, less a $250 cancellation fee per property. Cancellations made less than sixty days prior to the check-in date are non-refundable.

A service deposit is payable at the time of the booking: $500 for The Courtyard or McBee Cottages and $250 for the Hearthstone Inn. Depending on the condition of the properties at checkout, up to 50% of the deposit may be refunded, and the balance retained to cover the extra cost of housekeeping and administration.
