heck-in: is at Cannon Beach Hotel (1116
S. Hemlock Street, 8 blocks south of downtown) between 3pm
and 10pm. If you will be arriving after 10pm, you must make
arrangements with our front desk staff by 9pm. At check-in,
the balance due for the total reservation must be paid.
There is no refund for early departures.
Checkout: is 11am. Late checkout must
be pre-arranged and depends upon the next guest's arrival
time.
Smoking: To preserve the quality of our
properties for all of our guests, we are non-smoking, inside
and out. A guest who smokes in any unit will be charged
a $250 cleaning fee and asked to leave without a refund.
Rates: are for double occupancy,
and do not include 6% city and 1% state tax. Each extra
person will be charged $25 per night. During summer
season and all weekends, there is a two-night minimum. Discounted
rates are not available in the summer and holidays, holiday
weekends and school breaks. Children ten and under stay
for free. Cannon Beach Hotel is not appropriate for children.

Reservations: When we accept a deposit for a reservation, we agree to hold the unit for you regardless of circumstance. Because we only have a limited number of guest units, we require payment in full at the time the reservation is made.
Cancellations: A late cancellation
can prevent us from booking the room. There will be no refund
of the deposit for cancellations made within seven
(7) days prior to check-in date. Refunds will be made for
cancellations requested by phone
prior to the seven (7) day period, less a $15 bookkeeping
fee.
