Rates are for double occupancy, and do not include 6% city and 1% state tax. Each extra person will be charged $25 per night. Children ten and under stay for free. There is a one-time fee of $15 for a rollaway bed. Each pet will be charged $15 per day for special cleaning of the unit. During summer season, holidays and all weekends, there is a two-night minimum. Discounted rates are not available in the summer, holidays, special events, and school breaks. Cannon Beach Hotel is not appropriate for children.
